Job Summary

This role is designed for Software QA Engineers who can help elevate product quality. The ideal candidate will test Murf's products, ensure digital accessibility standards are met, and identify potential failure points.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will create test design templates and plans under tight deadlines, performing hands-on testing with precision.
  • They will document test cases and track issues within our studio environment.
  • Collaboration with Developers, product managers, support teams, and other functional groups is essential to understand requirements.
  • The individual will prioritize and resolve issues with different functional groups, ensuring seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Three to four years of experience in software testing and development.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, ARIA, REST API, CSS, JavaScript, and browser behavior.
  • Understanding of white/black box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing.
  • Experience with trackers like Jira/Sentry/Redmine/Bugzilla.
  • Ability to quickly find root causes of open production support tickets.
  • Proficiency in debugging and communicating complex bug causes.
