Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer to lead our team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails and a deep understanding of front-end technologies and platforms.

A solid experience with web services, JavaScript dependency management, and build tools is required. We also require a good understanding of MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL databases.

A strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills, the candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Git and GitHub is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Ruby on Rails applications
  • Lead a team of developers to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions
  • Maintain high-quality code and adhere to coding standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies and platforms (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
  • Solid experience with web services
  • Understanding of JavaScript dependency management and build tools
  • Experience with MongoDB, Postgresql, MySQL databases
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
