About the Role

As an Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team driving the development and implementation of pricing products. Your role will involve generating insights for pricing-related intellectual property and tools, working closely with project leaders and managers to drive team output and develop products or serve clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure. Prior experience with data analytics is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and an interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing products, generating insights for pricing-related intellectual property and tools
  • Work under the guidance of project leaders and managers to drive team output and develop products or serve clients
  • Oversight and training of a team of COE Analysts across various efforts, developing the next set of specialists
  • Staffing on specific projects, taking responsibility for assigned work streams and ensuring zero-defect analysis across those workstreams
  • Brainstorming with project leaders on various aspects of project or IP work, driving conversations through analytics, including building dashboards and story-lining deliverables
  • Delivering clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers
  • Coaching Analysts on task execution and supporting CoE operations
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure
  • Prior experience with data analytics is essential
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and an interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques
  • Proficiency and experience in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau) are preferred
