Quantitative Aptitude Coach

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to develop students' quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
• Mentor students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support.
• Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
• Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
• Familiarity with competitive exams is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Coach is preferred.
• Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
