Project Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project schedules from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate tracking documents in our online platforms
  • Proactively communicate project milestones and reminders to all stakeholders
  • Ensure team members are aligned with project deliverables and deadlines
  • Review and finalize project agreements efficiently

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless project delivery. Key qualities include strong organizational skills, proven ability to drive accountability and performance across teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and resilience, proactivity, attention to detail, and decisiveness.

Our team utilizes a range of tools including Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, SKU Vault, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation.

Experience required: 5-8 years
