Job Description:

As a Senior Manager – Financial Reporting, you will oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS,IFRS).
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports.

You will also monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

In addition, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Finally, you will communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise financial information and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • CA qualified with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
