Digital Marketing Strategist
Seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across multiple channels.
Aim: maximize return on investment, enhance lead quality and drive patient footfall across all 14 locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor and optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Track daily spends, cost-per-lead, click-through rates and conversion rates – take corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and UTM tagging.
- Drive A/B testing for creatives, targeting and landing pages.
- Review lead quality and coordinate with the CRM to improve appointment conversions.
- Manage agency relationships with weekly performance reviews and clear key performance indicators.
- Oversee SEO efforts to rank for key specialties and geographies.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards to leadership.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in performance marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness or service industries.
- Proven experience managing budgets of ₹40 lakhs/month+.
- Analytical mindset – data over opinion.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA and GTM.
- Analytical, ROI-focused, strong communicator.
