Job Title: Accounting Professional for Real Estate Projects

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our real estate projects. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure timely payments and smooth cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records to provide insightful analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance, to minimize tax liabilities and avoid penalties.
  • Budgeting and Analysis: Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects to identify areas of improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
