Job Summary

A seasoned professional is required to lead the implementation of automation and performance testing strategies across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
  • Design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of software testing principles, including automation and performance testing.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software testing, with at least 3.5-5 years in automation and performance testing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum or other methodologies, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Banking domain experience is beneficial.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution is valued.
