Job Title: ERP Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support our Enterprise ERP System. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and deploying new modules, managing change control processes, and ensuring seamless application upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise ERP System by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new modules and enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Manage change control processes to ensure smooth implementation of changes and updates.
  • Coordinate application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access control.
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and assign tickets to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in creating and modifying reports and dashboards across functional areas.
  • 4+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience.
