Executive Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes, distribute them in a timely manner, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize company events, conferences, and meetings, handling logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and departments.
  • Draft and edit business documents, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate redirection.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with utmost accuracy and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
