About Us

Our research focuses on enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. Our product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground-launched stand-off autonomous system.

Job Description

The communication team at NewSpace Research and Technologies caters to the requirements of all other engineering teams. As a Senior Wireless Communications Expert, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing communication technologies for different classes of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Your expertise will include exploration of COTS devices, new technology development, wireless link design, communication network optimization, and threat assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design communication technologies for UAS
  • Explore and develop new wireless technologies
  • Design, implement, and optimize wireless links and communication networks
  • Define requirements across various communication disciplines
  • Manage operations, establish tools, and processes
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
  • Masters or higher in the same or related field
  • At least 12-15 years of total experience in leading technical teams working on wireless communication systems, networks, and associated technologies
