We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to fill the role of Medication Dispenser and Inventory Manager. As a key team member, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications according to prescription specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Provide top-notch customer service and sales support at the counter
- Ensure compliance with regulatory storage requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate billing and record-keeping systems
Senior Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee pharmacy operations
- Mentor and guide junior pharmacists in their roles
- Monitor and ensure adherence to compliance and safety guidelines
- Handle escalated issues and audits
- Coordinate with medical professionals and customers regarding prescriptions
Assistant Team Lead (ATL) Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store operations and pharmacy teams
- Meet daily sales and compliance targets
- Develop and implement training programs for staff members
- Report to cluster head/area manager
- Address customer complaints and operational escalations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Hold a valid Pharmacist License
- 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy
- Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days (Preferred candidates)
