Job Position

 

Role Summary:

We seek an accomplished leader to spearhead our service management team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and communication systems, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines.
  • Develop guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with international experts and stay updated on latest technologies.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and support.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead a distributed team.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi & additional language knowledge is an added advantage.
