We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead our analytics initiatives, develop business intelligence solutions and provide actionable insights. This critical role involves driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns and performance fluctuations.
  • Apply descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics to suggest solutions and insights on business problems.
  • Investigate root causes behind KPI improvements or declines and assess internal and external influencing factors.
  • Identify key drivers and business levers to recommend actionable insights for performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics or Statistics required. MBA/PGDM is a plus. 2+ years of experience in analytics and insights, preferably in sales & operations, marketing, category and logistics analytics. Proficiency in SQL and Python a must. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity.
