As a seasoned Financial Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial operations and ensuring compliance. This is an opportunity to develop comprehensive reporting systems and provide strategic data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Analyze and prepare detailed MIS reports for internal review and investor updates.
    • Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and working capital models.
    • Collaborate on AOPs and performance dashboards.
  • Accounting & Compliance
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor payments and receivables management.
    • Evaluate compliance with regulatory norms.
    • Coordinate audit processes and ensure timely filings.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, burn rate, and fund utilization effectively.
    • Work closely with external partners for reconciliation, payroll, and expense management services.
  • Business Strategy Support
    • Partner with founders and ops teams to extract valuable insights from financial data.
    • Contribute to pricing strategy, commission modeling, and key business KPI development.
    • Support due diligence and investor reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • CA-qualified (preferred) or strong finance/accounting background.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in high-growth startups or financial services.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks is beneficial.
  • Data-driven with attention to detail and process improvement skills.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
