Job Summary

Demi Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring presentation is consistent with hotel standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and plating to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve seamless service
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance our menu offerings

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
  • No supervisory experience required
