Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop catalog items, workflows, and integrations in the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.

Key responsibilities include writing scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.

Supporting integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.

Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this position.

Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules, as well as familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes, is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development and proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
