Senior Engineering Director

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineering Director to lead our backend technologies and oversee development teams. This role involves providing solutions architecture support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in technical implementations. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software architecture designs that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the development of high-performance applications and ensure they meet scalability and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams and developing scalable, secure applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following tech stacks: Python, Node.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
