Job Title: Technical Director

About the Opportunity:

Lead a team of engineers in overseeing the development, scaling, and maintenance of online platforms.

Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality systems and ensure long-term reliability.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who wants to grow into strong people and execution management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering execution across product development, QA, and infrastructure.
  • Design, review, and implement high-quality software systems and reliable architecture.
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers to ensure technical excellence and personal growth.
  • Develop and own the engineering roadmap in collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure system reliability through good dev practices, testing, and monitoring.
  • Champion best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA / PG with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to write and review high-quality code in modern languages.
  • Strong understanding of system design, databases, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and setting up observability tools, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in software development and delivery.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product cycles including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
