As a Hindi Language Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the development of our language models. Your expertise in the Hindi language will enable you to create high-quality content that showcases your understanding of Indian culture and its nuances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Cultural Competence: You will be responsible for cultivating a deep understanding of Indian culture and its complexities. This will involve staying up-to-date with the latest trends, customs, and practices in India.
  • Create Engaging Content: In collaboration with our AI tool, you will craft engaging and accurate content in Hindi that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Address Digital Content Issues: You will identify and address issues in digital and streaming content that require expert knowledge in Hindi, ensuring that our content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Hindi: A degree in Hindi is essential for this role, as it demonstrates your commitment to mastering the language and its complexities.
  • Expert-Level Proficiency in Hindi and English: You must possess expert-level proficiency in both Hindi and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Clear and Concise Communication: As a Hindi Language Expert, you will be required to provide clear and concise feedback in Hindi and English when necessary, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Compliance with Project Conventions: You will be expected to adhere to project conventions and rules as noted by clients, demonstrating your ability to work within established guidelines.
  • Minimum 4-5 Hours of Work per Day: A commitment to dedicating at least 4-5 hours of work per day (as data volumes allow) will ensure that you meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Broad Cultural Literacy and Media Awareness: As a Hindi Language Expert, you will need to possess broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics, enabling you to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
