Main Responsibilities
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis that inform and shape business strategy, leveraging data to understand customer behavior, pipeline performance, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to define comprehensive KPIs that measure effectiveness.
  • Develop insights that improve decision-making and execution, identifying areas where data can drive improvements in performance, retention, and sales effectiveness.
  • Communicate recommendations to leadership and drive the adoption and continuous improvement of dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are used effectively by teams.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data, acting as a bridge between data teams and business users.
  • Develop operational rigor within the analytics function, standardizing processes, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Implement a robust framework for tracking progress, reporting, and optimizing team performance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of analytics priorities with business needs.
