Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our operations, drive process improvements and help us achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning and Shift Rostering: Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to ensure we have the right people in place at the right time.
  • Compliance and Facility Management: Ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, adhering to SOPs and promoting a culture of 5S.
  • Vehicle Management: Monitor vehicle connections, availability and timely unloading/loading to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with various teams, including commercial, security, fleet and last mile.
  • Metric-Driven Performance: Drive metrics in respective functions, including inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics and first mile metrics.
  • HR/Employee Related KRA's: Focus on diversity hiring, employee morale and employee safety on the floor to build a positive work environment.
  • Capability Building and Process Improvement: Mentor team members and explore opportunities for process improvement.
  • Industry Best Practices: Implement industry best practices of shop floor management, including Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.


Requirements:

  • Education: BTech from Tier 1 college preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years post graduation experience
  • Gender Preference: Females preferred for this role
