Lead Experience Design Strategist

As a senior experience design professional, you will play a pivotal role in crafting end-to-end product experiences for integrated spend management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a portfolio of impactful work that showcases strong problem-solving skills and an in-depth understanding of human-centered design principles.
  2. Collaborate across teams to facilitate design sprints, workshops, and user research initiatives to gain deep insights into customer needs.
  3. Apply design thinking methodologies to map out a vision for an ideal-state experience and influence product decisions with clear articulation and data-driven rationalization.
  4. Maintain strong visual communication skills through sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, wireframing, and prototype development.
  5. Ensure high-quality design execution, fit, and finish while taking ownership of the product outcome.
  6. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin is required.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in financial technology.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
