
Academic Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our technical coaching programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating academic activities, ensuring seamless execution of live sessions and recorded lectures, and maintaining academic calendars and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Academic Operations & Coordination
- Cover the logistical aspects of academic programs including course scheduling, trainer assignments, and student management.
- Maintain accurate records of program progress, student performance, and trainer feedback.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality teaching and learning materials.
- 2. Curriculum Development & Oversight
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and PSC exam trends.
- Review and update study materials, question banks, and test series to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Suggest improvements to the curriculum to enhance student outcomes.
- 3. Trainer Management & Support
- Recruit, train, and mentor subject faculty to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Provide trainers with necessary resources, technology tools, and academic guidelines to support their work.
- Monitor teaching quality through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- 4. Student Performance & Engagement
- Analyze student progress and identify areas for improvement through assessments, mock tests, and learning dashboards.
- Address academic concerns, doubts, and escalations raised by students in a timely and supportive manner.
- Foster a positive learning environment through regular feedback collection, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic coordination, preferably in PSC/competitive exam training.
- Strong knowledge of Technical PSC syllabus, exam structure, and preparation methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trainers and large student batches effectively.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, online teaching tools, and academic reporting systems.
