Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of data analysts and drive business growth through actionable insights. The Analytics Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to inform strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and leadership. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to inform strategic decision-making
    • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts
    • Ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements by managing team workload and capacity
    • Promote best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity, is required.
