We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Expert to leverage data analytics and drive strategic business outcomes. As part of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze investor and distribution partner data, build predictive models, and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop machine learning models to segment investors, predict customer behavior, and estimate customer lifetime value.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize targeting strategies, and enhance personalization through data-driven decision making.
  • Support the team with automation, early warning signals, and fraud detection models to minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent skills in advanced Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SAS (Enterprise Guide, E-Miner, VIYA).
  • Familiarity with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB, as well as data visualization tools like R-Shiny, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques, including regression, ensemble methods, NLP, and text mining.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of investor behavior, digital customer journeys, and financial product analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in automating data pipelines, web scraping, and predictive analytics.
  • The ability to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
