At ARKO, we are seeking a skilled professional to play a critical role in maintaining control over assigned fuel carriers and ensuring accurate billing for Wholesale and Consignment locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining BOL and delivery ticket paperwork, billing associated sites, researching tank loss issues, and working with the Inventory Accountant to close Consignment tanks on schedule.

Additional tasks involve working with the Fuel Billing Manager to resolve issues, assisting team members with carrier coverage, and collaborating with the Fuel AP team to ensure accurate billing and timely EFT closures.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Obtain BOL and delivery ticket paperwork
