Role Overview: Nutrition Associate

This exciting role at Kookar involves leveraging your culinary expertise, knowledge of cuisines, and understanding of nutrition or food science to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your insights will play a vital role in ensuring the application provides accurate, user-friendly, and culturally relevant food solutions. This position is ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic about combining their passion for food and nutrition with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers, driving the onboarding process for new and existing customers/households.
  • Manage and oversee existing meal plans for various households, ensuring a consistent feedback loop to refine and enhance the plans based on client input and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on recipes, cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and ingredient usage.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on food and nutrition, bridging the gap between culinary knowledge and technology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Home Science, or Culinary Arts.
  • Experience as a nutritionist or in a related field.
  • Corporate experience, preferably with exposure to structured processes and professional environments.
  • Deep knowledge of global cuisines, regional cooking styles, and nutritional principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey culinary insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in food technology companies or food-tech startups.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its applications in food innovation.
