As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing cutting-edge internal business applications that leverage the power of artificial intelligence and automation.With expertise in low-code/no-code development and AI-enhanced applications, you will design and develop sophisticated applications using Appsmith's AI Studio, integrating public and private Large Language Models (LLMs) for capabilities like text summarization and conversational agents.You will also design complex workflow automations guided by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation. Additionally, you will integrate diverse data sources to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business applications.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing applications that utilize Appsmith AI and LLMs for advanced functionality
  • Designing and implementing adaptive workflow automations using RPA principles
  • Integrating multiple data sources to provide real-time insights
  • Optimizing application reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements and champion continuous feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3-6 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features
  • Solid grasp of Git for version control, branching, and team workflows
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical acumen
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interface with product, engineering, and business teams
