We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Migration Lead to join our team at Acuity Knowledge Partners. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end data migration strategy for our global ERP and CRM rollout.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the data migration framework, methodologies, and best practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and data teams to establish clear data migration requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data cleansing, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
You will lead hands-on extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Oracle tools (ODI, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Oracle Data Pump, etc.) and work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to map data from legacy systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, in-house systems, etc.) to the new Oracle ERP/CRM environment.
You must have strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex data migration issues and optimise performance.
