Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have in-depth functional knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of implementation and support projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and deploy SAP Financial solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Lead full lifecycle SAP projects, including at least 2 S/4HANA implementations.
  • Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Treasury.
Client Engagement & Business Analysis:
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand and document financial processes and requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and design functional specifications aligned with SAP best practices.
Project & Support Delivery:
  • Manage SAP project activities, including workshops, configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO processes across multiple support projects.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering guidance and solutions to complex financial requirements.
Technical Integration & Reporting:
  • Support SAP technical architecture and integration with other modules and systems.
  • Exposure to Group Reporting is an added advantage.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and leadership capabilities in managing tasks and mentoring junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a cohesive delivery approach.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of SAP experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling.
  • Minimum 5 SAP project implementations, including at least 2 S/4HANA projects.
  • Minimum 3 SAP support project experiences.
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud).
