Sex Therapist Role

A passionate and empathetic Sex Therapist is required to provide therapeutic expertise, client acquisition, and sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients, establishing rapport and trust while guiding them through the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Closing sales and onboard clients into the treatment process, ensuring seamless transitions from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and address client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
