Performance Test Engineer

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and scalability of our applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design, plan, and execute comprehensive performance test cases for Oracle EBS modules, simulating real-world user loads and business scenarios.

  • Develop and maintain realistic and reusable performance test scripts using industry-standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
  • Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose tuning recommendations.
  • Design and implement efficient performance testing strategies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical lead for performance testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance testing into the SDLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing, including module-specific testing approaches.
  • Deep understanding of performance testing types, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.

Business Acumen:

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
