Senior Architectural Design Expert

Lead the development of complex building projects from concept to construction, specializing in cleanroom design and documentation.

Develop sophisticated architectural solutions for a variety of building typologies, including semiconductor manufacturing facilities, pharma manufacturing facilities, lifesciences manufacturing facilities, data centre facilities, electric vehicle (ev) battery manufacturing facilities, and automotive manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams with responsibility for content and business of the project.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure precise, binding, and result-oriented communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

With a minimum of 15 years of experience in design and implementation planning - cleanroom, you will bring expertise in using Autodesk Revit and possess high architectural design standards and technical competence.

As a senior architectural design expert, you will be responsible for leading the development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide range of building types.

You will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring accurate and timely project delivery, and providing clear communication to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include a bachelor of architecture (barch) or master of architecture (march) degree and very good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 Years of Professional Experience in Design and Implementation Planning - Cleanroom.
  • Experience in Using Autodesk Revit is an Advantage.
  • Very Good Knowledge of Written and Spoken English.
  • High Architectural Design Standards and Technical Competence.
  • Assertiveness Paired with Entrepreneurial Thinking and Action.
  • Social Skills and Enjoyment of Independent Work.
