Project Renewal Manager

This role is pivotal in overseeing and executing renewal-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and process enhancements to improve policyholder engagement and retention. You will be instrumental in driving our renewal strategy, guaranteeing compliance, and delivering measurable results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects.
  • Defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborating with various departments, including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Analyzing trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts.
  • Creating Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Recommending process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.

A postgraduate degree and experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling are preferred qualifications.
