Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant in Charge Quality- RMC professional to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plant management, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in handling an RMC plant.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations for VAC solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Visit construction sites to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, resolving any site-related issues promptly.
  • Provide mix design and raw material analysis to ensure high-quality products.
  • Maintain the laboratory setup, ensuring timely calibration and accuracy.
  • Reconcile physical stock and update laboratory records according to QCI/ISO standards.
  • Generate mix data and design as per customer requirements.
  • Analyze concrete cube strength, conduct trials, and collaborate with third-party laboratories to verify the quality of raw materials.
  • Ensure timely execution of VAC orders, monitor batch quality, and adjust moisture/admixtures as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science.
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in plant management, preferably in an RMC environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Knowledge of QCI/ISO standards and laboratory procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
