Requirements:

  • 12 - 14 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 4 years leading teams and projects working with US businesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
