Senior Manager/Associate Director of Finance

The successful Finance Director will lead our financial strategy, managing cash flow, working capital and debt. They will oversee the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, investment and financial optimization.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Manage the company's financial records and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Oversee the treasury functions, including banking and investments.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic finance team environment.
- Provide expert financial advice to the executive team on strategic decisions.
- Participate in business planning and strategy development.
- Identify and assess potential financial risks.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and be a qualified Chartered Accountant. They should have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
