We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend and fullstack development using modern frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend components using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter)
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Design and implement APIs and ensure seamless data exchange
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption when appropriate
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Manage time effectively and deliver on-time project milestones
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Hands-on experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design principles
  • Familiarity with fullstack development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus

  • Working knowledge of version control tools like Git
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes
