About this position:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Trims Specialist to fill a key role in our design team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex components for assemblies in the primary structural framework, from concept to series production.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interpret component designs with focus on functionality, manufacturability, and feasibility within the system.
  • Independently create components and joining techniques in CAD, considering requirements.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in developing interior components (IP, Piller trims)
  • Very good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Knowledge of tools and development processes used by common OEMs.

Educational background:

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Vehicle Engineering.
