We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with AWS and thrive in fast-paced managed services environments.

About the Role:

  • Proactively manage and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise AWS environments using a broad suite of services—ensuring high availability, security, and performance 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L3 support for complex AWS workloads in production
  • Monitor and manage multiple AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, RDS, VPC, EKS, Route53, IAM, S3, etc.)
  • Drive incident detection, resolution, and escalation processes
  • Conduct regular system checks, patching, and upgrades to maintain service compliance
  • Maintain service alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and security standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide L1/L2 support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and AWS support as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with: EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM, etc.
  • Expertise in automation, proactive monitoring, and incident handling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
  • AWS Certification preferred (Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, etc.)
