Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineer – Mid LevelLocation: Hyderabad/BangalorePosition: Full TimeRequired Experience: 4 YearsTimings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced troubleshooting for AWS services and cloud-based applications. Lead incident resolution and service request fulfilment, ensuring minimal downtime. Improve and maintain SOPs for AWS cloud operations.

Monitor and manage AWS services such as EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and AWS Lambda. Manage and optimize AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog). Implement AWS networking solutions, including VPC, security groups, and ACLs.

Support infrastructure automation and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.Ensure AWS security best practices and compliance. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking.Experience managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and policies.

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience with AWS networking, security, and automation. Experience with at least three of the following: Kubernetes, Harness, Kafka, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Ansible, Terraform.

Strong foundational skills in cybersecurity, CI/CD methodologies, and AWS cloud operations. Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-cultural team environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Developer, Kubernetes or ITIL is a plus. Proficiency in automation tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and scripting languages like Python.
