Inventory Replenishment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee inventory replenishment for quick commerce operations. As part of a fast-growing e-commerce brand, you will ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and operational efficiency across our micro-fulfilment centres to meet customer demand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels at dark stores and coordinate timely stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze sales trends, fast-moving SKUs, and consumption patterns to ensure demand-based inventory flow.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with logistics teams to manage inbound schedules.
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Track shipments and ensure timely receipt and storage at dark stores.
  • Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure system and physical stock match.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team handling replenishment, picking, and put-away tasks.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory/replenishment planning, preferably in Q-commerce or e-commerce retail.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
