We are seeking a seasoned Professional to manage interactions with government bodies, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive business growth.

This role demands a proactive individual who can coordinate projects effectively, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute significantly to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory agencies, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Work closely with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison, government relations, or legal coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to real estate, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with government officials and legal professionals.
