We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assignments, coordinating with team members and ensuring quality deliverables within stipulated timelines.
  • They will conduct site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress and summarize findings and examinations.
  • The role involves overseeing civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning and ceiling installations.
  • They will review work done at site and comment on whether all work is executed according to approved designs and specifications.
  • Evaluation of the quality of craftsmanship demonstrated in the construction process and ensuring that construction standards are maintained.
  • Review of invoices or bills provided by contractors and suppliers for materials, labor and services along with supporting documents.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying issues related to materials or compliance.
  • Verifying that materials, products and construction practices align with IGBC certification requirements.
About You:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices and IGBC standards.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility to travel extensively between multiple project locations.
