Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating high-impact visuals for digital and print media, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging designs.

This role involves developing and designing marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, infographics, and advertisements. Additionally, you will create visual content for websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design marketing materials that meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences
  • Create visual content that enhances brand image and communicates key messages
  • Maintain brand consistency across various platforms and mediums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that drive business results
  • Edit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as required to ensure they align with brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide fresh visual communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional design experience preferably in an agency or corporate setting
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
