AWS Trust and Safety Professional

As a highly skilled AWS Trust and Safety professional, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, escalation support, and in-depth analysis to complex customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and manage enterprise offerings.
  • Utilize expertise to leverage customer feedback to drive strategic solutions.
  • Tackle critical issues to develop scalable and long-term solutions that protect against abuse.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with AWS teams.

You will also serve as a mentor to ensure the continued growth and success of the AWS Trust and Safety team. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical position.
  • 2 years of experience in a Trust and Safety or similar environment working with online abuse-related issues.
  • Understanding of internet security concepts and vulnerabilities.
  • Working knowledge of networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
  • Strong technical support ability and aptitude regarding Abuse Security practices.
