Job Summary

We are seeking an expert in data engineering and business intelligence to lead our data warehousing initiatives. As a seasoned ETL professional, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines using IBM DataStage.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL jobs, as well as strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

You will collaborate closely with data analysts and business users to implement integration solutions and perform manual and automated data validation and reconciliation.

Your expertise in root cause analysis, reusable DataStage job components, and data modeling best practices will be invaluable in ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive knowledge of IBM DataStage, Teradata, and SQL, with additional experience in cloud platforms, orchestration tools, and Agile methodologies a plus.

  • Design and develop ETL jobs using IBM DataStage
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation tasks
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and ETL failures
  • Develop reusable DataStage job components and maintain data models
  • Monitor ETL jobs and manage dependencies
