Job Title: GRC Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced GRC professional to lead information security audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and resolve all audit and risk assessment findings or issues related to information security.
  • Effectively communicate audit engagement reports and recommendations to management and resolve client concerns.
  • Achieve a 100% certification success rate on ISMS projects.
  • Grow into a role with increasing responsibility.
  • Lead information security audits with a preference for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 assessments.
  • Implement policies and procedures.
  • Provide consulting services as an expert in governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of NIST 800-171/FISMA framework and its derivatives.
  • Experience working in IT and information security.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PII, PCI-DSS, SOX, STARS, NERC-CIP).
  • Certifications demonstrating expertise in information security (e.g., CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading information security audits.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001/2 and its derivatives.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-171/FISMA framework and its derivatives.
  • Expertise in IT and information security.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
